Mostly curious to know if they're warm. And if they'll hold up for a season or 2. Does anyone have any personal experience?

They aren't warm and then get pretty thin after a few washes. We bought them one year and the kids end up wearing puffer vests underneath. My friend took them from me for the next season and said they were ok, but maybe her kids are not out in the cold as much as ours? They also looked pretty sad by then.
