The main Chassidish shul that I know of in Baltimore is Rabbi Taub's shul, called Arugas Habosem - http://godaven.com/detail.asp?Id=1234. According to Google maps, it's about 20ish minutes away from your convention.

There is a new Chassidish shul with a real-deal chassidish kollel on 6004 Park Heights ave. Rabbi Toubs shul is more eclectic, and very small.
It is called khal chassidim

There's also Rav Eichenstein's shul (officially Mercaz Torah UTefillah) which has lots of options for minyanim: https://mercaz.center/

All the shuls in Baltimore are about 20 minutes from the convention center, which is downtown.

thats at the glen ave shul during the week. Not chassidish. My husband is chassidish and he goes to that minyan.

Sometimes you have to go outside your chassidish box.

Rabbi Heineman's shul (Agudah) has the most minyanim, so I would first check with them to see if they have a daily vasikin minyan. http://godaven.com/detail.asp?Id=1233
