Did anyone see Simanim packages being sold in Brooklyn stores? If yes, which stores carry it & do you know the approximate price? Thanks in advance for any info you can give.

I make them as part of the seuda. I open the Artscrill machzor, since it has a very comprehensive list of yehi ratzon, and choose my dishes with that inspiration. We make yehi rations throughout the seuda.
