Growing up my mother always made kasha vanishkes (not even sure how spell it- kasha with bow tie noodles). I never enjoyed it and always doused it with ketchup. I was recently at a catered brunch and they had a kasha (no bowties0 type saled and it was delish!! Anyone have any suggestions as to what it the recipe may be. There were nuts and craisins I think and maybe mandarin oranges.
