Can anyone help me? I don't know how to make it into whip cream.

You just need to whip it until it is pretty stiff.
Will take a couple of minutes.
You can use a stand mixer or a hand mixer or even the whisk attachment of an immersion blender though that will take a bit longer.
You can add some powdered sugar if you want it sweeter.
