I'm making a potato kugel today (Tuesday) that I would like to serve for Shabbat dinner.
Is it better to keep it in the fridge until Friday, or freeze it? I warm up my food on an electric hot plate (I don't use my oven). If it's better to freeze it, when do I need to take it out of the freezer and put in on the hot plate?
TIA

I would keep in the fridge. Sprinkle a few drops of water on top of the kugel before heating and wrap it tight. (I've done this with an oven, not a hot plate)

I would keep in fridge. Gets warmed up good on hotplate.
