I want to make shoulder London broil for my first Rosh Hashanah at home. I never made London broil. I want it to taste close to restaurant style.
Any recipes?

Thanks so much.
I don't have a grill or a broiler
Is there any other way I can make it?
How do I warm it up Rosh Hashanah?

Why no salt?

Why no salt?

I think it's too salty with salt and soy sauce and kosher meat

Hmm, I always broil it. Not sure how else you could make it. How hot can your oven get? Maybe just try cooking it in a very hot oven after searing it on the stovetop.
I serve it slightly warm, not hot since it is supposed to be served medium or medium rare and warming it will overdo it.

My oven has a broiler option medium and low. Can I use it instead of a broiler?

Yes, use the medium option.

It's not a great cut to reheat, so make sure you warm it just for the minimum amount of time to get to your desired temperature or else it can easily dry out.
