Is there a brand of steak knives that you recommend, which are they?

I really recommend J.A. Henckels steak knives, but be careful ordering them on line. They make a cheaper inferior knife for online.
I bought a set in a store. I absolutely loved them. I went to get an additional set which I ordered online. The set came, and they are not the same quality as the original knives.
I then went to a store and bought a third set which was the same quality as my original set.

which store and whats the model number? or do they only sell one type?

They are well priced at Zwilling J.A. Henckels at Woodbury Commons and Macys on sale.
