Does any one in bklyn have experience with a torn earring hole.
Did any one go to plastic surgeon or dermatologist they can recommend that does this?
I was told insurance doesnt cover for this.

Most doctors claim that it is t covered by insurance. My daughter had the procedure done by Dr. Peter Taub in Manhattan and it was covered by insurance. His number is 212-241-4410.
I heard that Dr. Ghatan in Flatbush also does this procedure and it is covered by insurance. 718-253-2053.

Plastic surgeon is the best, you may be able to get it covered by insurance (maybe the plastic surgeon could help you with this). I'm not in Brooklyn, so can't recommend anyone specific. But make sure you get someone really good and with experience in this - I had this and the plastic surgeon was only mediocre and my ear lobes are not symmetrical (I.e. she could have done a better job).
