I don't know if I am posting this in the right forum...
I will iy"h be giving birth soon and will be sending my four and six year olds to my sister for the week. She has children from ages 10 down to a 3 year old. What's the appropriate gift to send along? Preferably something for the kids to play, some new game or gimmick...
Would like to send it along with my kids like that it would smooth the transition...

Maybe ask your sister what her kids would like, and offer a few suggestions (playstix, card games, perfection, etc).
If there's a toy that her kids were dreaming of or that is very "in" now where you live, her kids would be thrilled. Also, you wanna make sure that she doesn't already have it or won't appreciate it (ex. Games with a million pieces or small pieces).
