I'm looking for an after dinner drink recipe. It could be warm or cold. Something that will go well with warm chocolate cake and ice cream. Thanks!

Friday night Cran-Apple Cider:

Combine 2 sticks cinnamon, 2 whole allspice, 3 whole cloves in a mesh bag. Bring to a boil with 4 cups apple cider. Cook for 5 minutes. Add 1/2 cup brown sugar and 4 cups cranberry juice (if using cranberry cocktail, reduce or eliminate sugar). Bring to a boil again. Add 1/2 bag cranberries and place on hotplate until ready to serve.
