Not planning on doing any of the below but here are some suggestions:
Bloomfield Science Museum (JLM)
Israel Museum (JLM) - (Kite festival on Tuesday)
Mini Israel (Latrun)
Biblical Museum of Natural History (Beit Shemesh)
Tel Aviv Port
Biblical Zoo (JLM)
Escape rooms
the beach
Ein Yael
Tower of David Museum
Old City and Kotel (today is Birkat Kohanim)
צעדת ירושלים on Tuesday
עמק הצבאים- like a mini nature reserve in JLM
The Deer Park and the Biyar in Gush Etzion

Went to the police museum in bet shemesh yesterday with kids ages 0-8. Spent about 3 hours there, everyone had a good time, and best of all was free.

You can combine with the biblical animal museum in bet shemesh. An hour and a half and everyone enjoyed. You need to make reservations
