I've had the same cleaning lady for many years. She's lovely, which makes up for the fact that she's not very thorough. Lately she's become really sloppy and is skipping too many tasks. Im building up the courage to address this with her but wondered if I'm being unreasonable in my expectations. She comes 2x a week. For 6 hrs. After which she takes my kids to an indoor playground for 2 hrs.
In 6 hrs I would like her to:
Deep Clean 1 full and 2 half bathrooms
Sweep, dust and make the beds in 4 bedrooms
Change the linen in 1 bedroom
Sweep and dust living/ dining room and small foyer.
Clean kitchen including gas range, sink countertops, and cabinet doors.
Clean dinette.
Tidy playroom.
Vacuum playroom, stairs, and all bedrooms.

Sounds like a reasonable amount of work. My cleaning lady does double that in six hours.

It sounds reasonable. How many square feet is she taking care of? That could make a difference. Also if the rooms are very untidy and she's putting everything away first then it might be too much for 6 hours.

My lady does almost double that in 8 hours. I do prep the house for her though so toys are packed away, kitchen counters are clear, etc.

Well, it sounds like an awful lot for 6 hours to me.
"Deep cleaning" -- not merely wiping surfaces -- of 3 bathrooms alone is likely to take an hour.
Cleaning the kitchen -- "including gas range, sink countertops, and cabinet doors" and, presumably, the floors, is at least another hour, unless its already pristine, and she's just going over it quickly.
Then you're adding in 4 bedrooms, a dining room, dinette and playroom.
I certainly couldn't do that in 6 hours (or really, 5-1/2 ... she gets time to use the restroom and have a beverage).

You say you have has her for many years, she comes twice week, and that recently she has been cutting corners.
Maybe she is simply burnt out? Sick of doing the same thing over and over again?
Not sure of a solution though.

Like others said, it really depends on what you mean by clean. It can take an hour to clean a really greasy stove--scrubbing grates in sink etc. Deep cleaning a bathroom--scrubbing tub, wiping out the vanity etc is also very time consuming.
