I am looking for a sweet version of classic macaroni salad. I used to buy such a thing at the deli counter and my kids loved it. (I have lived OOT and haven't had it in years).
The ingredients I remember are elbow macaroni, red pepper, carrot, maybe sweet pickles...and the dressing had sugar, mayo and vinegar, probably some spices.
If anyone has a recipe like this (with measurements please!!! I am not good at putting in some of this and some of that) please post. Every recipe I found online has milk in it.
