Hi,
I'm looking to buy a new sheital.. Between 1000,1500 in Brooklyn.
So many options I'm so lost
Can anyone recommend anyone.??
I'm looking for a sheital that is wavy and air dries so. I don't need to get it done professionally (I learnt how to wash professionally)
Also I want a place with good customer service and patience. That she won't rush me in the cut or make me feel uncomfortable. (and a place that cuts really well)
