Making Bar Mitzvah in 4 weeks.
Realized that I will def need to have a melaveh malkah after shabbos for my OOT guests. Shabbos is super early that week! (4:32 where I live)
Need a Menu please!

I like to put par baked baquetes in the oven after Shabbos, illusion of fresh bread!
Salmon is also a good melave Malka food. It's real food and you don't have to worry about people still being fleishig. Cooks in 25 min.
A fresh salad and a soup ( I would make potato leek) would finish the menu for me.
