My preschooler who usually wakes up at 6:45am each morning has been waking up all week at 5:45am. I don't know what to do being that we're about to gain an hour. I can't imagine getting up at 4:45am each morning when I still have to get out for a full day of work after I finally get the kids off to school. How blarey eyed can one be? Any tips.

It's always a challenge. Here are a few strategies.
- Try sending him to bed 5-10 minutes later every night, till his new bedtime is an hour later.
- If there are any naps/rests happening, eliminate or shorten them for a week or two.
- Get him a preschooler clock that shows when he is allowed to get up and reward him for staying on his bed till the designated time.
