I'm an easy eater and wouldn't eat most of that as a breakfast, which is sugary to me. I'd rather nothing. If my kids don't want what I serve they make themselves something. I find cereals nice personally, except maybe those with mostly made up ingredients etc. But corn flakes, cheerios, honey cereals... totally fine

Chia seed pudding? I'm thinking to try this one of these days and see how it goes over with the kids https://wellnessmama.com/59344.....cipe/

Thanks for all the ideas!
Those who recommended various muffin/cookie/bar ideas, can you please share healthy recipes? Whenever I try googling things like that I get such a hopelessly random mix, many of which claim to be healthy but are really nosh. I'm looking for something for *breakfast* - meaning actually nourishing, not just replacing the flour with whole wheat.

And to the person who said yogurt isn't healthy - why not? As far as I can tell, it has plenty of protein plus probiotics. Like milk, but fermented. Sounds good to me? So nu, I need to put in something to sweeten it a little - until the kid decided not to eat it anymore, I thought it was a pretty fair deal.

if I was making this for breakfast, for the sweetener I'd probably use about 1/4 cup of coconut sugar or maple syrup, and some additional stevia. You can probably bake these as muffins too.

This calls for 1/2 cup almond flour, you can replace with additional 1/2 cup oat flour (old fashioned oats processed in food processor) or coconut flour. Skip the nuts, add seeds, and def a handful or chocolate chips. https://www.primalpalate.com/p.....kies/
