Ok...not quite no. We have a crock pot and a hot plate.
We've been waiting for our oven for a week and a half and I'm out of ideas.
I've done chicken and rice, a meat potato stew, deli sandwiches, tuna, tuna, and more tuna.

Thought of salad, but what would be the protein?

We're not fans of ground meat or beans and we're budget conscious.

Pasta, sauce and cheese stovetop.
Grilled chicken over salad with rice.
Seared fish, mashed potatoes and green beans.
French omelettes stuffed with vegetables and cheese with salad and crusty bread.

ETA: sorry, just realized when you wrote that you don't have an oven, you must have meant that you don't have a stovetop too! Disregard.

But you're making me excited for when it finally arrives! Wink

Dark ground chicken meatballs in the crockpot served over Idahoan instant mashed potatoes (use boiling water, fresh crushed garlic and a healthier margarine).

Whole chicken over whole baked potatoes in the crockpot.

Shredded barbecue beef or chicken sandwiches.

Ramen noodles or minute rice made with boiling water.

Enjoy lots of salads and cut vegetables.

Chick peas, kidney beans, etc.

Don't like beans? How about slicing up some pre-cooked grilled chicken white meat or adding cubed cold cuts?

Other meals:

- Pre-cooked (just heat to boiling) tortellini. Add to soups or serve with sauce (use jarred).
- Omlettes + green salad

If you have someplace to boil water, you can make pasta. I did it a few times in the crockpot, but I have an electric water thingy. I haven't had gas since the end of July and my oven/stove runs on gas. I do however have a fleishig electric grill and microwave, and a milichig toaster oven.
