I just got myself a George foreman grilling machine. I'm looking for good recipes I could make in it. It Could be anything, vegetables, sides, chicken breasts, bottoms, whatever tastes amazing!! Thanks!

Basically any sauce/dressing or even plain salt and pepper on vegetables or meat patties or chicken cutlets and grill.

Use your favorite marinade or just dip in soy sauce/lemon juice and spices.
Whole cutlets take about 7 minutes. Cut thin cutlets about 4 minutes (max up to 6 minutes).
Bone in, skin on chicken thighs are very tasty and juicy on the GF. They just need to be sprinkled with seasoning and grilled for about 12 minutes, flipping partway through. (10-15 minutes total depending on size).
Don't grill a full chicken leg (bone in thigh and drumstick attached) as it's too thick. Separate the thigh from the drumstick first and grill thighs together and drumsticks separately too.

marinade chicken cutlets in ceaser dressing or creamy italian dressing. grill. cut the chicken into strips, add to rommaine lettuce and tomatoes with a little more dressing and you have a delicious salad.
