What are the cons of having such a layout?
Will I regret not being able to open the fridge when the oven is open?
Is there more of a safety issue with this layout?
Only difference is that my refrigerator and freezer are not intergraded, so the doors will stick out a little.
If you have this layout please tell me about it

Yeah I agree with above poster. I prefer the look of both ovens on one side stacked, and a pantry on other side. Also why wouldn't you be able to open fridge when oven is open? And why would you need to?

1. Easier on the back since I don't have to bend to use the bottom oven.
I'm putting in 2 ovens and a warming drawer. I'm using the warming drawer for meat. So I would do the top dairy, the bottom meat and the warming rawer meat. Since I use more meat than dairy I would have to bend 75% of the time, and the warming drawer would be really lower.
2. I thought the look was symmetrically interesting.
I could also split the fridge and the freezer and stack the ovens and warming drawer but then I'll have to bend
BUT
I rather bend if that design is more correct, I.e. Opening the doors of the fridge and freezer.
Just another thought.

Layout should be fine. But where's your prep station / counter? How far do you have to carry the food to the ovens?

I don't bend that much and I have two regular ovens. If you have a double oven, you'll be bending even less. To me having both ovens near the fridge and blocking traffic, would be a much bigger concern.
And, I learned when redoing my house. THere's no more correct design. everyone has to do what works for them. For my family I needed my kitchen laid out differently than any other kitchen designer did for us. We couldn't get one that was good for us, Until we diddn't sit down, create our own layout and ask the kitchen guy "is this do-able"? He said yes, and we went ahead with it. Especially in a kitchen where e/o cooks and bakes differently. THink aobut the flow of traffic mroe than the looks.

I dont like it
but if it works for you go ahead.
I like the ovens near the burners.
lots of recipes call for using one than the other and it just easier that way.
I also like when the oven are near the burners because when you take something out of the oven you leave it to cool on the burners.
Also you dont have to put your warming drawer under the ovens.
mine isnt
its on my meat side of my kitchen and looks like a regular drawer with cabinet front.

how big of a space are you working with?
where are you getting your kitchen from?
a kitchen designer would be able to give you all your options.

It's a very long galley kitchen
On one side I was thinking of doing like the picture linked
Oven/refrigerator-freezer/oven/pantries
On the other side would be all countertop (prep area) with 2 sinks
2 cooktops, 1 dishwasher. I have 26 FT on that side.
The contractor was helping me design the kitchen, but so far I didn't like his ideas.
No kids at home. Mostly only me cooking, except when guests come over for Shabbat, then all the ladies want to help,
I need a good flow, when that happens.

When you take something out of the oven, how far will you have to walk to put it down and also when picking up off the counter/stovetop to put into the oven?
I decided to have my counter and stovetop nearby. .
Also worried about having an oven on 500 degree self cleaning located right next to a refrigerator freezer. I put the pantry in between
Whatever you do, make sure your cabinets go up to the ceiling. Mine don't and I regret it every day

You don't keep the oven door open very much, so it's not a problem to have it next to the fridge. However, what are you planning to put in the drawers above and below the oven? If it's food, you might risk spoilage as things get too warm. It's also not a great idea to reach above a hot oven. I would definitely stack the ovens unless you have back trouble. The amount of lifting and bending is quite minimal.

The counter space is right across the other side. The stovetop will be directly facing the oven (or maybe the fridge). It's a galley kitchen with 2 enterances on either side.
I was possibly thinking of putting a can pull out between the fridge and the oven on both sides.
So it will be
Oven/ Can PO/ Fridge-Freezer/Can PO/Oven
In the drawers under- one will be a warming drawer, the other to store pans and pyrexs.

I am also doing a subzero and two ovens. But instead of doing one oven on each side of the fridge I will be doing both ovens near each other.

I have the fridge and a double oven next to each other and I've never had an issue wanting both open at the same time. I love the look of the link you posted.

Be careful that the handles of one appliance won't bash into the other appliance when you open the doors.
