Title pretty much says it all. I'd prefer not from a packaged GF mix, but I'm willing to try a mix as long as it doesn't have a bunch of chemicals in it. No soy flour. Preferably no corn flour either. I just tried Rorie's full n free dough mix, I really didn't like it, I think it's the rice flour taste that didn't agree with me. Oat flour as the main flour would be great. Also yeast free would be super, but not a must.

I use this one to be able to make hamotzi. I up the honey, and top with cinnamon sugar.

Whatever I have on hand. Usually rice flour.
