Teriyaki Breaded Chicken
1.5 lbs chicken cutlets, cut thin
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons oil

Combine soy sauce, honey, oil in a medium bowl. Adds chicken and stir to coat. Marinate at least 2 hours or overnight. Dredge in cornflake crumbs and arrange on a greased cookie sheet sized aluminum pan. Bake uncovered in oven preheated to 400 for 20 minutes.

If you're using thin cut chicken cutlets then you only need to bake for 25 min.

Do a Google search for a fajita seasoning recipe or just use a store bought taco seasoning packet. Saute onions, peppers, chicken strips and seasoning. Serve in flour tortilla wraps.

Can I use the teriyaki marinade without breading and just grill or broil the cutlets?
