I'm making baked sesame chicken from the imamother cookbook. can I freeze it? anyone ever froze sesame chicken? it's just baked, not fried at all.

thank you Bizzydizzy. will it freeze well soaked in sauce? I have defrosted cutlets and I don't want to refreeze them. is that a problem?

I don’t know why Bizzy said that. I freeze chicken all the time and have had no complaints unless it got lost in the back for months and suffered freezer burn.

I also don't like the texture of cooked chicken that's been frozen. Freeze it raw. Sauce is fine but if you added starch to the sauce let us know what it was so we can figure out if it will change the texture once frozen.
