Looking for pareve cinnabon recipe of a molten lava cake(one that you can make in a 9x13- not individual) recipe. Also, before I go calling my LOR, can one warm up a molten lava cake on Shabbat?

No. You cannot warm it up on Shabbos if it wasn't put to warm before Shabbos began.
