Not sure what it's called, but I'm looking to buy that tablecloth type of thing for center of dining room table.
Anyone know what it's called?

A runner? That usually goes the length of the table or most of it.

Overlay? A lace square placed over a solid tablecloth of contrasting color? Most people place it diagonally if it’s too small for the table. Othetwise, if the overlay is the same size as the tablecloth, it doesn’t go on diagonally.
