Hi,
My husband has requested something "new and different" this week. I plan on making chicken bottoms and still want the recipe to be easy, not a lot of steps or cleanup involved if possible. I usually just pour a sauce (duck sauce, bbq sauce, honey mustard, my own combination, etc) and sometimes top with bread crumbs or corn flake crumbs.
I was thinking of trying a variation of the chicken rice casserole but use noodles on the bottom instead - anyone ever do this or are the cook times too different?
Any other ideas for a skinless chicken bottom recipe are also appreciated!
