Please help me. I wanted to make franks n blanks for kids supper.. but I'm out of eggs. (For egg wash) what can I do???

I like the idea of such sauce. Have u tried it? Or should I spray oil?

Do you mean franks in the flaky dough? Then yes I've smeared duck sauce instead of egg wash on flaky dough knishes and they came out great.

I bake at 375 till brown maybe 20 min
