Are all streets in North Woodmere equal, or are the frum people only on certain streets/areas?

There are frum families on many blocks but some blocks have more frum people than others.

It also makes a difference what school district the house is in because 15 has lower taxes than 14.

Have you decided which shul you will join? You may want to look closer to that shul, or at least on that side of Hungry Harbor.

However district 14 has an exceptional wonderful early childhood center that caters to preschool throughout 1st grade. If you have a child that needs special services in preschool their program is fantastic. Many frum children attend.

District 15 has more frum people but certain areas in 14 are getting more populated all the time.

The blocks closest to 15 up till ohr Torah. Of course there are a number of frum families past there but it's really far to walk to most shuls in the neighborhood from that area (besides ohr Torah - if that's where you're planning to daven)

Just look on Zillow. It says which district each house is in

Yes. There are frum families on those blocks. Not tons but definitely some people. The blocks from Kearney to ohr Torah have more. But both have frum people.
