Hi!
I have a friend that moved to America from Israel and wants to learn English. Is there any place in brooklyn where she can attend classes? Boro park Flatbush area.
Thanks!

I'm pretty sure some of the public libraries offer English classes for immigrants (free). I do not know the quality though.

I was going to say the same; start at your public library.

Thank you!
Someone mentioned Touro collage.
Is anyone familiar with that?

Well, it's a college. I'm not really sure if they offer anything in the way of ESL classes. You never know, it's worth asking, but if they do it would probably be expensive, whereas the public library classes would be free.
