It's super ez and really good. I made it for shabbos and it's gone a long time ago.

3/4 c oil
4 eggs
1 vanilla sugar
2 3/4 c flour
2 1/2 tspn baking powder
1/2 tspn salt
1 c chopped walnuts(I omitted that bec. dh hates walnuts)
1 c chocolete chips

Mix well. Bake on 350 for 25 minutes. While its still hot cut into squares. Keep refrigerated.

I make it all the time , it really is delicious, and the best part of it is that It doesn't need to be shaped into cookies.

Do you mix the chips and nuts into the douch or are they placed on top of the dough?

Wow! This post is 9 years old!!! I mix all ingredients and mix the chocolate chips in last- in the batter. It doesn't have to be refridgerated. Only once it's baked to keep fresh for a long amount of time.
