What specs to look for in 10"- 12" laptop, under $350?

Im totally clueless about specs.

How and where do I get the best deal for the money?

All my larger laptops Ive had, Ive paid way more, so I got an extended warranty.

I want this smaller one to walk around the house with and watch an occasional Youtube video, get Whatsapp, and standard stuff. Im not into games.
