Besides Wrapunzel where do people get elegant looking headbands, pins, sashes to wear with their tichels.
I once saw a beautiful black headband with a flower /stone in the middle on the side on one of Rivka Malka's videos (I think she was tying the "Jesse")
How do you find beautiful accesories that are good quality without spending too much time searching?

Art supply stores have beautiful pieces for jewelry making that can be pinned.

I've taken different large earrings , ones with colored stones etc and pinned them into my tichel and just backed the pin with the earring backing.
You can get pretty flowers and beaded trim in trimming stores.

There are so many... just go to ebay and express your desire e.g. lace applique, flower applique, black, navy, gold, silver, and sort by price. The ones from China can take a little time to come but you can't beat their prices. There may be some on Ali Express - I haven't gotten into that one yet.
