Help! My 14 months old will only drink his bottles warmed up. Yes I know it’s my fault, but how do I get him to take cold bottles??
I’ve tried slowly giving him cooler bottles, and he refuses to drink them.

Honestly since he doesn't need the milk for nutrition (as he did with formula before he turned a year) I would make it clear that he could take it cold, or leave it. If he wants it, he will drink it. He won't starve himself if he refuses.

14 months is also a good age so start transitioning from bottles to cups so it may be a blessing in desguise. Perhaps Consider making the switch to straw cups or sippy cups and tell him this is how big boys drink

My baby barely eats. He gets a good part of his nutrition from his milk. Doctor wants him to have a minimum of 12oz per day.
I tried sippy cups but he just takes a sip or two.

Maybe He barely eats because he gets so much milk & feels full. As another poster said, give him cool bottles & if he refuses, this is it.

12oz a day is very reasonable. 2 6oz bottles/cups

If you are committed to the goal you have to commit to the process. Don't give him. Show him you are as stubborn as he is. You are not being mean.
