I am on a high protein diet and don't eat fish. Can't eat that much cheese so I came up with a solution....grilled chicken salad. To save time , can I grill chicken in a big batch and freeze? Any other high protein non fish ideas?

Why not just freeze the marinated chicken breasts and grill on the foreman fresh?

Or grill enough for 2 days and refrigerate.
