I'm about to begin working as an assistant/secretary for a service company (electrician). Does anyone do this type of work?
Do you have any advice, tips - what programs work best?
I will need to ensure invoices are sent out and then call when they haven't been paid.

That program generates all sorts of reports that should help you keep track of things.
As for how to make those collection calls? Friendly persistence :-)
