I bought mine from Tesser quite a few years ago. I think it was more like $350. I imagine the price has gone up, but $500 sounds like quite an increase.

If Mattress Maven is Podolsky on Reagen Court, I second them also. He was very pleasant and easy to work with, big variety and great delivery! good prices as well.
Sorry I don't remember prices.

Mattress maven and Friedmans have more than one option ranging from about $350-$500. They say the more expensive one is a better mattress.
I think I spent $450 from mattress maven. My guests love the beds. I don't know if the extra money really makes a difference but I was willing to spend it.
