Avoid using anything that you would use to remive paint -- nail polish remover, stainless steel scrubbing pads -- basically anything too abrasive or chemical-y. You shouldn't use these in any cabinets, really. There is no special trick to painted cabinets. You will want to be more careful not to chip the paint by banging things into them. Just clean with soap and water. If you want to use soemthing strong, do a little text spot somewhere discreet.

Sure. Or nearly any other soap. What do you use for cleaning the rest of your house?

In that case, I would probably use dish soap (as long as your dish soap has nothing crazy like bleach in it) -- add some to warm water, and squeeze out the cloth. I would also add a splash of white vinegar.
