You could try shaving the front, just to see how it would look. Try it before you commit to something more permanant.
Even if you hate it, the hair will grow back. Stubble is great for holding scarves and snoods in place.

I've seen people who've done laser on their hairline and it looks unnatural. They are missing the natural tiny colorless hairs people have and they look like cancer patients r"l. I have a widow's peak and my sheitel styles need to work around it (I.e. no center part, etc.)
