If you would move to any American city with an established Jewish community FOR THE CLIMATE , which one would it be?
Let's include awareness of hurricanes, earthquakes, etc

Atlanta, Georgia?
Not as hot and not the same risk of hurricanes as Florida, but still warm

I'm from L.A. The fires, earthquakes, and mudslides are no worse than the natural disasters in many other parts of the country. OTOH, the political correctness, the high taxes, and the pop culture were worth moving 2500 miles to get away from.

Am I only the only one that loves seasons and not just sun?
Colorado! You get the full gamut, but in mild form there.
Winter you can be outside, surrounded by snow, but in a T-shirt.

San Diego sounds magical.
Why my grandparents settled in NY has always been a mystery to me! Didn’t the boat make any more stops?!

I like snow. I like the cold. Sorry but I won't be your neighbor.

My husband is from LA and I have to say LA weather beats Florida weather 85% of the time.
Except when there's a heat wave... Florida is way more equipped to handle the heat than LA is.
My FIL always says that if the boat coming to America stopped in California, nobody would have ever moved East.

Weather is certainly good...but is there actually an established Jewish community??? I’d think you need to go north to Palo Alto or south to San Jose if you wanted one.
But, if we’re being loose on that requirement, Redwood City is “climate best by government test”
