Has anyone tried spiralizing butternut squash.
Do the noodles stay intact or do they get mushy?
Will it get watery in the platter like zucchini noodles?
Recipes?

I have made it and love it. Put it in the oven in a pan and bake it but don't overcrowd it because it will steam and don't over cook it. If it is done properly it won't get mushy and watery
