I’ve been dieting for almost a year I lost about 20lbs. I have another 30 I really would like to lose. I’m hardly eating and I’m not losing any weight!! Here’s what I’m eating.
Breakfast
Coffee with unsweetened almond milk & no sugar
Kind bar (about 180 calories)
Lunch
I have protein with veg
Tuna, turkey or eggs
Dinner
Chicken, fish or meat with veg and once or twice a week a starch side dish.
I’m not have very large portions.
Between meals all I have is water or coffee.
I work out with someone twice a week for 30 min. I try to walk but I don’t have a lot of time....
Why am I not losing weight?!?!
I know I really need to go see a nutritionist. I called to make an appointment with someone but they don’t have openings for a few weeks so if there is anyone here who can help me I would really appreciate it!!
I’m 5’8” I started at 240lbs now I’m 218lbs.

Sounds to me like you're not eating enough. Incorporate snacks (fruits) in between meals.
