I agree with post posters above and would and have flown with them, not with kids, aware of what you'll be in for
But the time my parents flew them to miami, they diverted them to Orlando, then they had to wait for a bus for 4 hours that drove them to FLL. Was a horror story

Keep in mind that the seats will only fit very petite people with short legs. If you are 5 feet tall and a size 00, you'll be fine. Anything above that will be total misery.

I'm 5'6" and was ok with the seats. And I am nowhere near a size zero either.

I had no issues with them, have flown quite a few times with spirit.
I think nowadays any airline has issues
