Anyone know what it is- in the little plastic bowl that comes with the salad? It's brown colored.

It's some sort of vinegarette. Not sure how they make it.

Is it a balsamic vinaigrette? Is it a tiny bit creamy or is it a real vinaigrette?

Its not creamy at all- it looks like a dark brown greasy liquid.

If you want to start experimenting, make a vinaigrette with 1 part balsamic vinegar and 2 parts olive oil. Add crushed garlic and salt to taste. (I love this dressing.)
You can play around from there.

The main ingredients in their balsamic dressing are balsamic vinegar and ketchup.
