There is a nice community in Manhattan Beach but I would say it is more RWMO or modern-yeshivish.

This does look like it could be our type. I looked on zillow and prospect park is small without much real estate available. Can we live nearby, or are all the Jews in prospect park proper? I am clueless about brooklyn, thanks.

I think some people live in crown heights. Contacttbe shul and ask. They are friendly.

There are plenty of m.o. people in marine park. There are young families that the mom doesn't cover her hair and wears pants. You have to look at houses that are more on the outskirts of marine park, closer to kings plaza.

The Kingsway Jewish Center on Kings Highway and Nostrand Avenue is a MO shul. Maybe look into that. Many people who daven there live in Marine Park or high 20's near the shul.
