Will all the discussion on bitachon, I was wondering do you think it is a lack of bitachon to use a body gaurd is someone is very rich and it is known???

For example if someone wins the lottery, the name and place is given to the public along with seeing the ppl who won. So, they may be in danger walking around with no bodygaurd bec ppl may want to take the millions they won. So for ppl in situations?like that, do you think it is a lack of bitachon to have a bodygaurd or is it considered doing hishtadlus??

A person can do whatever he needs to do to feel safe. Do u buckle up when you go in a car? Insist ur kids where helmets when they bike? Go to the dr or dentist?

If you are nervous you need to get a bodyguard. Bitachon is not all or nothing it is levels. In our head and heart we constantly need to tell ourselves Hashem runs everything. However we can't do that in our actions unless our bitachon is strong enough that we are truly not nervous whatsoever.
Or we can work on small things (no big consequences involved) to try to teach ourselves how to act with bitachon and tell ourselves we are not in charge, Hashem is.
The way to know if we are ready to act with less hishtadlus and more bitachon is if we will regret having done that if things don't work out in the end. If things don't work out will we blame it on our inaction or say either way it would have happened because hashem is in charge.

This would mean that most frum Jews living in Mexico, Brazil, etc. Lack Bitachon?
Is this a hypothesis, or do you know someone who needs a body guard because of their wealth.
I would say, in the US, unless the person is INSANELY wealthy, you don’t need a bodyguard.
Winning the Mega Million would make you INSANELY wealthy.
