Which Rov can I call anonymously, who would answer a question thats not exactly Halacha?
Its more a family issue.
Id like to get the answer from a Rov, because I want a Bracha from the Rov, if I follow what he says, which may be difficult.
I dont want to involve my family Rov.
Im in USA. Any respected and reachable Rov in USA would be ok.

This is a very hard question because for this type of thing, they usually have to know something about your background and family.
