Update - so we pushed and the senior loan officer “realized” that they DONT need his bank statement after all.  I wonder how many people give over this private info just because its asked for and its not really needed.

OP here. Update - Baruch Hashem a million times! We closed!!!!!!!
Coming out as myself because I’m so excited!!
For those who said the deal sounds too good to be true - 3% down, no PMI, conventional loan. With the sellers contribution we paid only $4000 at closing.
