Fish is not good frozen. Maybe fish balls would work?

You cannot freeze fish. It's horrible when defrosted.

You can only freeze raw fish.

You can prepare the fish with a marinade or topping and then freeze raw and bake right before serving.

Pickled poached salmon - don’t have a recipe handy. It’s very good cold. It’s basically poaching salmon in a water/vinegar/Ketchup/pickling spice blend.

Also most cooked salmon will be ok cool/room temp.

These are baked at 350 until done:

Salmon with Dijon sauce

Salmon with miso glaze (mix miso Paste with water, spread on salmon, bake).

Salmon with dill (sprinkle salt on salmon, coat with thin layer of mayo, sprinkle fresh chopped dill over the top, then bake). Have some freshly squeezed lemon juice on had for this recipe.

We do lots of salmon for Shabbat lunch as it’s one of the only things everyone in my family likes and we have a lot of pescetarian friends and family as guests.

I much prefer fish served cold to warm.

The easiest recipe I know: Preheat oven to 400 degrees; arrange salmon fillets in pan; pour Wishbone Italian salad dressing over salmon; cook for 20-30 minutes.

If you don't preheat the oven, it's also okay.

On busy Fridays, this is often what I cook. My family is happy with salmon for a main dish, so if I'm really having a crazy, busy day with deadlines, that's what I cook, period. If I have frozen soup, I defrost it and heat it up right before Shabbat. I slice up tomatoes and cucumbers and I'm done. The meal has protein and vegetables, and if desired, the starch comes from Challah and the croutons served with the soup. Not gourmet meals, but really, really, quick, and tasty, filling, and healthy to boot.
