I think taste and definitely could be a heavy texture, it's Purim after all what's a few more calories. Presentation comes in last cause well be about 30 people bli ayin hara.

I was at a restaurant and the dessert was strawberries quartered with confectionery sugar on top and a spoon of vanilla ice cream on top with whip cream on the corners of the plate and strawberry sauce over the strawberries

Esty Wolbe has a cool ice cream layered dessert on kosher.com easy does it show. Supposed to be easy but I haven't tried making it - looks delicious though.

Does anyone even need dessert on Purim? From my experience people are so stuffed/drunk almost all of it remains untouched.

Someone recommended just cut up fruit when I asked. I like that idea. I also made a layered ice cream sorbet . But I may not even serve it if I just put out fruit.
